Consider the room's layout before choosing an electric fireplace or artificial tree. Compare the full height and footprint with surrounding furniture and the available wall or floor space. Fireplace models have their own installation and operating requirements; decorative trees vary in shape and height. Read the individual product details before deciding.

Measure the intended location and the delivery route before ordering. Leave room for assembly, access and any clearances required by the specific model. Check the listed dimensions, materials, package details and care instructions rather than choosing by photographs alone.
