Refund policy

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with all parts included.

To start a return, contact us first so we can give you the return address and instructions for your item. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Change-of-mind returns: return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping was free and is not charged.

Damaged, defective or missing parts: contact us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement part, a replacement item or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds: once your return arrives and is inspected, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
