1. Who we are

This website and online store ("Eilveiaan", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Starfly International Trading (Hong Kong) Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong with its address at Room 13, Flat A, 7/F, House of Corona, 50 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Using the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe every product accurately, including dimensions, materials and load capacity. Colors can look different on different screens, and handmade or natural materials such as wood can vary from piece to piece. Lifestyle images may include plants, furnishings and other props that are not included with the product unless the listing says so. If something you receive does not match its description, contact us and we will put it right under our Refund Policy.

4. Prices, availability and orders

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices, products and availability at any time. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm that your order has shipped. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment providers at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.

6. Shipping, delivery and risk

We currently deliver to street addresses in the contiguous United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provide. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns and damaged items

Returns, refunds and our 90-day cover for items that arrive damaged, defective or with missing parts are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Assembly and safe use

Many products require assembly. Follow the included instructions, warnings and load limits, supervise children, and use outdoor, fire and electrical products only as directed. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, modification or use beyond the stated limits.

9. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, images, graphics and the Eilveiaan name, belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

10. Third-party services and links

The site uses third-party services such as payment and shipping providers and may link to other websites. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims and losses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or our products.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live.
