Where do you ship from?
Every order ships from our warehouses in the United States, usually within 1–3 business days.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order to the contiguous United States, with no minimum.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders arrive 3–7 business days after they ship. You will get a tracking link by email.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the US?
Not yet. We currently deliver to street addresses in the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.
Do the products need assembly?
Many furniture and garden pieces do. Each product page lists what assembly is required and what is included in the box.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order before it leaves the warehouse.
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. See Shipping & Returns for details.
What if my item arrives damaged or a part is missing?
Contact us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We will send a replacement part, a replacement item or a refund at no cost to you.
